    Good explanation! I will look forward to more unravelling on the bankruptcy stuff. The thing that concerns me is if the homeowner did put the loan into the bankruptcy and the bankruptcy was a chapter 7 and the trustee rejected the subject 2 sale then the investor loses, could that happen?
