Finally, anticipate the objections of the other party. Ask yourself – “What am I afraid they’ll ask me!?” Then figure out the answer, by asking other investors, by looking online, by asking ME! Then PRACTICE the answer. In a mirror. Smiling. Practice with a friend. See if it makes sense to them.
